Nested at the top of a hill, this elegant Normandy manor is home to a restaurant whose careful, hearty cuisine pays homage to local producers.
Discover delicious flavours at a table in our gourmet restaurant in Etretat, rated “3 forks in the Michelin Guide”, a leading establishment in the region. Lunch or dine with family or friends in a cosy atmosphere with a wonderful sea view. For lovers, enjoy the luxury of a candlelit dinner.
On the menu: local cuisine, traditional dishes revisited, seafood and a menu that changes with the seasons. According to what produce is available at the market, our chef Gabin Bouguet gives free rein to his inspiration, to transform the ingredients into sublime dishes and awaken your taste buds, with special emphasis on seafood. Everything in your plate is homemade, from bread to butter as well as meat sauces. Between March and October, our chef works with fruit, vegetables and herbs from our vegetable garden of 350 m2: a real privilege and a guarantee of sublime, authentic taste in your plates. Our Pastry Chef Aurélien Helfrich creates innovatives deserts while preserving tradition.
Our three rooms offer a lovely sea view: one room (the "Salon des Créateurs") was decorated with a fresco by Jean-Charles de Castelbajac of Etretat and its cliffs on the horizon; the "Monet" room is an elegant alliance of modern colors in a 19th century reception hall; the "salon Ivoire" lightens up at night in a muted atmosphere.
Our gastronomic restaurant is the perfect place to treat that special person in your life; enjoy a romantic dinner in Etretat, with cosy and intimate candlelit tables and lovely view on the famous cliffs.
Before or after your meal, have a drink or coffee in our winter garden or take a stroll through the gardens to see where we take our inspiration from.
A vegetarian menu is always available. Please inform us when booking if you have any dietary requirements or allergies, we will be happy to help.

Arsene Menu - 35 €
Menu drawn up according to market produce and the chef’s inspiration; it is served at dinnertime and lunchtime (on Saturday and Sunday). It changes everyday, and is always composed of a starter, main dish and dessert.
Gourmet Menu - 65 €
The Gourmet Menu is composed of 7 courses: appetiser, 3 dishes, plate of cheese, dessert and mini-pastries.
Choose one of the 3 following formulas, from the Carte above :
- 1 starter, 2 main courses, cheese, dessert of your choice
- 2 starters, 1 main course, cheese, dessert of your choice
- The 3 starters, cheese, dessert of your choice
You may also choose a different combination of dishes: in that case, the Chef will adapt the quantity and the price accordingly.

There is no set menu for them as we prefer to adapt according to what they fancy; of course it will be local and homemade, and especially prepared for them!
The Wine Menu
Oenophiles are in for a treat! We are proud of our selection, working with small producers and renowned wineries. By the glass or by the bottle, our sommelier helps you choose, pairing wines to the chosen menu.
To get the day off to a good start, we serve a varied continental breakfast. All our products are homemade, from pastries to smoked salmon.
