The art of gastronomy at Le Donjon Restaurant

Our chef Gabin Bouguet celebrates the Pays de Caux from coast to inland through a vibrant and daring art of cooking. Enjoy our unique art of cuisine, a must taste in Normandy.
Lunch or dinner with friends or family, in a peaceful ambiance with an incredible view of the sea and the Etretat cliffs. Absolutely perfect !
Start with our savouries and cocktails in the patio or by the pool and end this immersion in the art of cuisine with exquisite home made deserts imagined by our Pastry Chef Clément Billeret.

Our Chef Gabin Bouguet takes his culinary inspirations according to the seasons’ flavours to imagine unique recipes for us to remember. The best fish and  shellfish selection from the Fécamp fish market : monkfish, turbot, crabs, lobster, urchins, scallops, mussels …to create a real symphony of flavours and colours. Our signature @ Le Donjon restaurant is « home made and local ». Home baked bread , home made butter, sauce bases and our fruit and vegetables,  herbs and edible flowers are locally grown and often come from Le Donjon’s vegetable garden

  •  Embrun Menu*, served only at lunchtime with appetizer - starter - main course - dessert
  • Littoral Menu, vegetarian, in 4 courses
  • Estran Menu, in 5 courses
  • Horizon Menu, in 8 courses, with or without food and wine pairing

Opening Times

Dinner :  wednesday to saturday from 7:30 pm to  9:30pm
Lunch : Friday, Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays from 12 am to 1:30pm.

The Donjon  Restaurant was awarded the label Maître Restaurateur in October 2011.
Since 2015, the Restaurant is a member of the College Culinaire de France
In 2021, The Michelin Guide awarded our restaurant our first Ssar!
